The alkaline protease in the detergent with enzyme can degrade many kinds of protein dirt, such as milk stains and blood stains, into small molecular peptides that are easy to dissolve in water. The main producer of alkaline protease is some bacillus. The main component of lipid dirt on clothing is triglyceride. Triglycerides are difficult to be emulsified by surfactants in general washing powder, while triglycerides left on clothes are prone to oxidation reaction, which makes textiles yellow and brittle. Alkaline lipase can hydrolyze triglycerides into triglycerides, monoglycerides and fatty acids which are easy to be washed out by water, so as to remove lipid dirt on clothes.

In the 1980s, a Japanese company first launched washing powder containing alkaline cellulose biological enzyme preparation. Alkaline cellulase itself can not remove the dirt on the clothes, its function is to make the structure of the fiber become fluffy, so that the dust and dirt penetrating into the depth of the fiber can fully contact with the washing powder, so as to achieve better decontamination effect. Alkaline cellulase can also remove the floating wool on the surface of cotton fabric, making the washed cotton fabric soft and fluffy, with clear texture, brighter color and more comfortable to wear.

Characteristic:

The function of biological enzyme is slow. When using the detergent with enzyme, the clothes should be pre soaked in the aqueous solution with enzyme for a period of time, and then washed according to the normal method. Generally, the pH value of the detergent with enzyme is not more than 10, which can give full play to the washing effect when the water temperature is 45-60 ℃; when the water temperature is higher than 60 ℃, the alkaline protease will lose its activity; when the water temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the enzyme activity will drop rapidly, which will affect the washing effect. When the temperature is lower than 40 ℃, the enzyme action is slow, but it is not easy to be destroyed and inactivated. Therefore, the washing temperature of washing powder with alkaline protease is 40 ~ 50 ℃.
