Instructions for the Use of LeJiao Brewing Instant Dry Yeast
DESCRIPTION:
LeJiao Brewing Instant Dry Yeast is a new type of ferment which refined from highly active yeast thallus. It was completed by Danbaoli factory of France's Lesaffre. It is suitable for the production of alcohol, liquid liquor, solid/semi-solid liquor (Daqu, bran koji, Xiaoqu) and yellow rice wine. It can improve the quality of products, shorten the fermentation time and increase the yield of liquor and liquor (refined) production significantly.
Ingredients: yeast, sorbitol anhydride monostearate (491)
Method of Use:
Ⅰ. The yeast dosage usually is 0.5-1.2% of the feeding amount but increased appropriately in winter.
Ⅱ. Put dry yeast into tap-water of 10-20 times 35-40C or 2-4% syrup, and then use it immediately after 15-20 minutes or activate it in a suitable 28-30 degree activation solution for 1-2 hours.
Note: Fermentation temperature should not exceed 40 C.
