Le Yeh Le Yeh α-glucanase is a compound enzyme preparation, which is divided into α-glucanase and β-glucanase according to the cutting of different glycosidic bonds. β-glucanase degrades to β-glycosidic bond-linked glucan, α-glucanase degrades α-glycosidic bond-linked glucan. The glucan produced by Leuconostoc mesenteroides contains a large amount of α-1,6 bonds and a small amount of α-1,2, α-1,3 and α-1,4 bonds to inhibit bacterial growth. This product is a compound enzyme preparation. The main ingredients are food-grade enzyme preparations. The product is a food additive. It is a safe substance suitable for the production of cane sugar factories and beet sugar factories, and has no adverse effects on the entire sugar process.

2、Scope of application

It is mainly used for bacteriostasis in the process of squeezing and storage of cane juice in sugar cane sugar mills and bacteriostasis of oozing juice from beet sugar mills. Action temperature: The effective action temperature range is 30-65°C. PH value: applicable PH value 3.5-6.0

3、Instructions

When used in the sugarcane squeezing process, the recommended dosage is 2-3 grams per ton of sugarcane. It can be added in the original solution or after dilution. In the production of sugar beet, add at the outlet of the leaching juice, adding 2-4 grams per ton of leaching juice.

4、Packaging and storage

Packed in plastic drum, 25kg/drum. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. It should not be stored in the open, and it should not be mixed with toxic, polluted items or other sundries.

This product is a special compound enzyme preparation for wheat alcohol processing, composed of xylanase and β-glucanase. This product can quickly and effectively degrade the viscosity of wheat flour paste and promote the effective separation of the three phases, thereby increasing the yield of alcohol, reducing grain consumption and saving water and energy consumption.

Working conditions

Temperature: The effective temperature range is 30-70℃.

Recommended dosage: 50-150ml/ton of raw materials (calculated based on the dry weight of wheat, the exact dosage should be determined according to the specific conditions of the factory). 

Add method

After liquefying and discharging, dissolve the product in water and add it together.
