Le Yeast Yeast Promoter (Protease) is a compound nutritional preparation made of fine strains through liquid deep fermentation, extraction and refining, and compounded with yeast growth factors. It is designed to improve yeast fission performance and environmental tolerance. And sugar alcohol conversion performance to shorten the fermentation cycle, reduce the residual sugar value of the mature mash, increase the alcohol output, and improve the utilization of raw materials.

Le Yeast Promoters (Compound Enzymes) can partially (or fully) replace urea and other nutrients in traditional processes. It is safe, non-toxic, and convenient to use, especially for thick mash fermentation processes.

Product function

1. Increase the number of yeast cells and bud growth rate, speed up the fermentation speed, and shorten the fermentation cycle.

2. Improve the conversion capacity of yeast sugar alcohol, increase the wine at the end of fermentation, and reduce production costs.

3. Reduce residual sugar and eutrophic substances, reduce the precursor substances of Maillard reaction in the drying process of distiller's grains, and reduce the pressure of sewage treatment.

Product uniqueness

1. Completely replace nutrient salts such as urea and ammonium sulfate on sugar alcohol, replace 50% urea on starch alcohol or completely replace edible ammonium sulfate.

2. Balance alcohol yeast nutrition (increase cell number and bud growth rate), adjust yeast osmotic pressure (osmotic pressure determines the speed of sugar consumption), improve yeast tolerance to high alcohol and high acid (reduce residual sugar), and increase alcohol content.

3. Used in sugar alcohol can increase the alcohol content by 0.4-0.8% (v/v) at the highest, and can increase the alcohol content by 0.3-0.5% (v/v) when used in corn alcohol.
